OPUS: the annual student art competition

Trinity's annual student art competition, Opus, expanded in 2000 to become Trinity's one day celebration of student scholarship across campus. Classes are cancelled for a day of presentations from accounting to zoology and everything in between. Art students enter works for a juried exhibition that is selected by outside visiting artist and designers.  Opus Day ends with a reception in the Art and Communications Building (ArCC) for both the OPUS and the graduating senior's Thesis Show. Student works selected for OPUS make up a month long exhibition hung throughout the from mid-April to exam week.
